Pam's Most Important Tips
1. The healthiest foods are found around the perimeter of the grocery store.
2. If you need a chemistry book to understand what is in it, DON'T EAT IT!
3. Drink water!
4. Eat a percentage of your veggies raw. Your body needs the enzymes!
5. Eat a rainbow every day! Make your plate colorful with veggies of all colors.
6. Manage your stress! Is your job in line with your passion? Do you get enough exercise and sunlight? Do you make time for fun?
7. Consider the chemicals in your life: household cleaners, air fresheners, laundry detergent, shampoo, cosmetics, processed foods, etc. What can you do to holistically decrease your contact with chemicals?
